For the past several years I’ve been active in the real estate industry in one way or another.  I started as an investor, buying and rehabbing homes.  For the past several years I’ve been a  partner in a real estate investment company that provides investment management services to private investors.  The company helps people who want to invest in real estate, but don’t have the time, energy or expertise.  My role included indentifying properties, negotiating deals and managing the various property investments, including multifamily rental properties, office buildings, industrial facilities and shopping centers.

While negative economic news is abundant, I believe today’s market has lots of opportunity.   I always enjoy helping people and I love real estate, so I’ve started my own real estate agency.   This way I can provide my services to family, friends, neighbors and clients the way I know I would wanted to be cared for and treated.

I know there are a lot of real estate agents out there.  However, they are not all the same.  Helping clients buy, sell or invest in real estate requires tenacity, negotiation skills, marketing expertise, creativity, flexibility and hard work.  I’ve believe my business background in sales and finance, coupled with real estate experience have make me better prepared to help service my clients. 

I would ask you that if you know of someone who wants to buy, sell or invest in real estate, to please have them give me a call.  Buying real estate is a huge investment.  Picking a REALTOR should be a carefully made decision.  I’ll give them the very best service I can or if they need help out of our marketplace, I have many contacts across the country and would be happy to refer them to someone.
